Campground Rules & Information

General Info
• The speed limit throughout the campground is 6 MPH. This limit is strictly enforced.
• Check in time is 2:00 PM & check out time is 12:00 PM. ($20 charge for late checkout if available.)
• Site rates are based on 2 adults, their children, one piece of camping equipment, and two vehicles. No utility trailers, boats, etc. can be parked on site. We do have storage space available for a fee.
• No vehicles larger than a standard 1 ton truck are allowed on site, but can be parked in the storage field.
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 9:00 AM weekdays, 11:00 PM - 9:00 AM weekends. Strictly enforced.
• Please supervise your children at all times. Do not leave your children at the campground unattended.
• Trash disposal is $2.00 per kitchen bag and $3 for large trash bag. Mixed recycling is free.
• Personal checks and cash are accepted. Site reservations can be paid with a credit card with a 2.9% surcharge.
• Pumpouts: $15.00 available Monday and Friday only. We do not do pumpouts on the weekends or holidays.
• There is no WiFi available at guest sites, but free WiFi is available near the pool. We have good AT&T cell service, but not Verizon.
• No charging of electric vehicles is allowed.
• All sites are back in only. Reverse direction (head in) on sites is not allowed.

Visitors
• All visitors and their vehicles must be registered. Visitor fees: $3.00/day (out by 9:00 PM) or $5.00 overnight.
• All vehicles within the campground must display a vehicle pass at all times.

Pets
• Pets must be on a physical leash (tether) at all times and not left unattended. Please pick up after your pet.
• All barking complaints will be taken seriously. You may be asked to leave if complaints cannot be resolved.

Pool, Ponds, and the River
• The pool is open from 9:00 AM until dusk in season.
• You may swim in the pool at your own risk. There are no lifeguards on duty at the pool, the ponds, or the river.
• Children must wear life jackets when using any floating water craft in the river. NO EXCEPTIONS.
• Children must be supervised around the river, pool, and ponds at all times.
• No children under 16 years of age are allowed in the POOL AREA without adult (over 21) supervision.
• The pool may not be used alone by adults or children.
• Food is not allowed in the pool area.
• No alcoholic beverages are allowed in the pool area under any circumstances.

Bikes and Motorized Vehicles
• We allow golf carts (with proof of liability insurance) and electric bicycles for adults only. No scooters, ATVs, etc. are allowed. 6 MPH limit applies. Golf carts must be approved and additional rules apply.
• Under 16 may not use anything motorized.
• Bike riding is not allowed after dark and are not allowed on the hills near the pool for safety reasons.

Emergencies
• Call 911. There is a courtesy phone outside the laundry by ice freezer. Grace Cottage hospital is at 185 Grafton Road in Townshend.
