Site fees include one camper, 2 vehicles, 2 adults, and their dependent children under age 21. Please note that we have room available to store utility trailers, boats, etc but they are not allowed on site except for unloading/reloading.

Deposits and Refunds for Short Term (non-seasonal) Stays
Payment in full is due when making a reservation.
A full refund is offered prior to 2 weeks of arrival date.
No refunds offered within 2 weeks of arrival.

Seasonal Camping
Standard: 30 amp metered electric and water: $2,100.00.
This price includes a $100 recreation facility fee ($94.34 + $5.66 VT sales tax.)
Each site includes a sewer connection or 12 free pumpouts depending on the location.
Waterfront: +$200
50 amp electric: +$200
Comcast services (TV, Internet, phone) are available on seasonal sites for an additional fee contracted directly through Comcast.

Extras
Onsite pumpout: $15.00. Available Mondays and Fridays only, except holidays.
Guests: (age 10 and older) Day Use $3.00 / Overnight $5.00 includes VT sales tax.
Firewood (seasoned, dry hardwood): Bundles: $7.00 or 3 for $20.00 (Includes sales tax)
Trash Disposal: $2.00 per kitchen bag / $3.00 per larger bag. Recycling is free.
Camper Storage: $1.00 per day. In season only.
Camper spotting to nightly (non-seasonal) sites: Travel Trailer: $10.00. Sorry, we no longer move stored 5th wheel campers for nightly rentals.
Winter storage for returning seasonal campers: $100.00
